• Dr. Jesús Capistrán Martínez is an electromechanical engineer graduated from the Instituto Tecnológico de Zacatepec and holds a PhD from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) at the Instituto de Energías Renovables (IER), specializing in the development of semiconductors and thin-film solar cells.
